To calculate the number of
restrooms needed for a particular event:
1) Figure how many hours the event will last. If the event will last multiple days, use the longest day.
2) Figure how many people will be attending the event. If the event will last multiple days, use the peak day.
3) Use the chart on the right to calculate the number of portable restrooms that will be needed for your event.
If alcohol is being served at the event, add 15% to 20% more portable restrooms.
