Terms and Conditions

Reservations are firm when a reservation deposit has been made.

Delivery and pick-up service is available with a minimum rental of $100.00 at no additional cost in the Madison area. We will also deliver to outlying areas for an additional mileage charge.

Responsibility for equipment remains with the customer from the time of delivery to time at pick-up. Please be sure equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather. We do make charges for missing items(s), breakage and damaged equipment.

Pick-up: Goods for pick-up should be assembled and available to driver. All items must be clean, free of food, as delivered. Tables and chairs must be folded and stacked, and in the same location as delivered, unless otherwise arranged.

Replacement cost or repair charges will be assessed on any equipment lost or damaged by the customer, other than normal wear and tear.

Cancellation Fee: Lessee must notify Lessor of cancellation at least 30 days in advance of scheduled rental or the Lessee will forfeit reservation fee of 50% of the total rental.

Payment Terms: All charges are required to be paid in advance of your event.

Please have underground wires located 3 business days in advance of your event.

Everything we rent is clean and ready to use. We suggest that you reserve what you need in advance so that we may have the order ready for your special date. A deposit will hold it for you.

Deposit: A 50% deposit is required of your total rental to hold your item(s) rented. The 50% will go toward your total cost for item(s) rented. A deposit is also required for over the counter items. The amount will vary depending on the type of item(s) being rented and the size of the order. The deposit will be refunded to you upon return of all equipment in good order. If the equipment is being picked up by our delivery service, the deposit will e sent to you.

Rates: Rates are "one day" charges when the items are obtained the day before the event and picked up the day after, unless other arrangements are made.
